Summer 2014 TV Shows That Will Return in 2015

Though we’re gradually creeping into the height of Fall premiere season, who among us can forget some of the gems that Summer 2014 TV brought to our living rooms? Fortunately enough, many of my personal favorites from this Summer will be returning next year, as their respective networks have already announced season 2 pickups.

As we’ve already covered, FX’s hit Fargo will definitely be returning next year– though, with an entirely new cast and storyline, as will Halt and Catch FireIn alphabetical order, here’s some other Summer 2014 renewals (of both new and older shows) to be excited about:

(my own watchlist in bold)

Bojack Horseman
Drunk History
Falling Skies
Girl Meets World
Inside Amy Schumer
The Last Ship
The Leftovers
Orphan Black
Major Crimes
Masters of Sex
Murder in the First
Penny Dreadful
Pretty Little Liars
Ray Donovan
The Strain
Teen Wolf

Bonus: even though it’s yet to premiere, AMC picked up the Breaking Bad spinoff Better Call Saul for a second season. The show premieres next February.

Unfortunately, another show I quite enjoyed this summer, WeTv’s The Divide, has not officially been renewed at this point. Though their Wikipedia page had, at one time, listed the show as cancelled, that entry has since been removed. I do hope we get to find out what happens with a season 2; or, at the very least, a TV movie.
